 Airport Pick-up |
∙ IMS offers airport pick-up for incoming students (addition fee charged) ∙ Pick-up documents are issued before departure; make sure to check pick-up staff’s information ∙ Pick-up staff is in charge of bringing students safely from the airport to the campus ∙ Please notify ahead of time if there are any changes of schedule |

∙ Ayala campus offers lunch and dinner everyday ∙ Banilad campus offers breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday at the cafeteria |
 Laundry & Cleaning |
∙ Free cleaning and laundry service twice a week ∙ Bedding sets are changed twice a month; if needed, please contact the housekeeping staff ∙ Each individual is responsible for his/her personal belongings (keep them in safe place) ∙ Wash the expensive or easily damaged clothing separately |
 Facility Management |
∙ Contact the staff or fill out the request slip for any inconvenience regarding accommodation ∙ Individual is liable for any damages he/she causes |
 Medical Services |
∙ Certified school nurse stays on campus and essential medicine can be given from the clinic room for free ∙ In case of serious medical condition, students can visit hospital accompanied by manager (all cost is up to student) |
 Mail Services |
∙ Students can send post and package every Tuesday from the office ∙ Post and package are dealt by Philippines postal service and price is determined accordingly |
 Internet Services |
∙ Free wi-fi service within campus and dormitory |
 Academic Consulting |
∙ Academic consultant suggests plans according to student’s ability, personality and proficiency |
 Academic Material Support |
∙ All academic material is provided for free upon request |
