4	Initial Interview	Initial interview for the applicants who satisfied steps 1~3
5	Pre-Teaching Demo Assessment	Applicant’s demonstration of the lecture in front of the interviewers – assessing the ability to handle possible situations of the actual class
6	Final Interview	Final interview with the general manager
7	Employed	Employment of the instructor
8	Orientation & Training	1~3 months of orientation and training Re-assessment of teaching skills in the actual class; if satisfied, full-time employment
9	Regular Assessment of Evaluation	Regular assessment of evaluation through exams (TOEIC, IELTS, TOEF L) and development of teaching methods

IMS Academy’s monthly academic activity promotes students’ practical English improvement.
Students prepare speech, debate or presentation based on the class material and perform at the end of the month.

Through local volunteer work, students can connect with the community, experience culture and
naturally improve English communication skills. Volunteer certificates are given upon request.
