∙ Any inconvenience and problems in the dormitory will be solved through ‘RequestSlip’, and will be solved in a day by the staff in charge |

∙ Immediate consultation and treatment with MOU signed hospital is available |
 Mailing Service |
∙ Letters and parcels can be sent/received through the office staff (small fee accrued) |
 Internet Services |
∙ Provide Free Wi-Fi service |
 Thorough Student Management – Study Counselling Service |
∙ Seize students’ English proficiency and weakness/strengths by academic manager and program coordinator and advise. Suggest alternatives such as change of teachers or subjects after consultation |
 Safety Management System |
∙ Campus patrol by security guard for 24 hours, campus access control for outsiders and CCTV monitoring system |
